I torqued them like I was supposed to and did everything perfectly. the bar fits and looks great. However, when I mounted a set of Hella driving lights from autozone on the bar and drove around with it, I noticed that the lights vibrate alot when you go over bumps, because the bar though it is not flimsy, still is not the strongest thing in the world and moves alot with not alot of stress(If i press down on it with one hand it moves considerably). I have checked and re-checked the torque on all the mounting bolts, so I believe this is attributed to the size and structure of the mounting brackets. if they were built out of thicker steel they would probably not flex at all like they do, therefor the bar would not move under light pressure or shake and vibrate when you go over bumps causing your light pattern to jump all over the place. but either way, it holds the lights and looks awesome on my S-10. whatever you do don't buy this bar expecting it to perform like a high-end brush guard or push bar, it will likely bend or break the mounting brackets if used as a push bar.
